My Acer Aspire 1622 has a severe overheating problem.
I read that I should clean the fan, and apply some cooling past to the
CPU.

Since installing Win2K on my Aspire 1350, I have been unable to
successfully burn CDs, though the DVD player works fine, and I can
read regular CDs. Nero doesn't recognise the drive at all, and the
NTI burning program that came with it claims to 'successfully' burn

Hi all, i have a problem with my notebook. It suddenly stopped
working,
screen went black, powered stayed on, and the 2 leds in front
(beutooth and wifi) stayed on. After i turned it off and back on it

It appears that my USB ports may not be using 2.0 drivers.
How do I check this and possibly up date the drivers?

Hey guys,
i was wondering if u can help me on this. On my Acer laptop, when i
try to load any programs at all, it says the program path, and
"This application has failed to start because the application

I was given an Acer computer that when XP is loaded on it displays with a
640 x 480 resolution in a 4bit video. Can't seem to get the video changed.
I disabled the onboard video, but the PCi vid card I put in there, didn't
seem to help. Any ideas?
