whenever trying to autostart a program from my cd/dvd nothing happens -
even when trying to get access to it, theres othing on that disk - i
know there is but i cant see anything.
how do i solve this?

I have an Acer Aspire 3003 Notebook and it is almost a year old.  M
problem started when I tried to download a PDF file the computer jus
sat there with a white screen trying to load then all of a sudden th

Does this notebook come with a restore cd, a windows xp professional cd
or are the installation fies stored on a hidden segment? If it deosn't
come with a win xp cd, how does one go about doing a fresh install,
i.e. without the other useless acer stuff?
