I have an Acer notebook, TM 732 te, 5 years old.
Only recently, it freezes after few minutes of using it and, sometimes, I
cant even start it up: it stops running before loading the operating system.
Anyone for suggestions on which is the problem and how to solve it?

I have recently bought an Acer Travelmate 223 laptop, and needed to
reinstall Windows XP Pro. All is well, but I have no drivers for
graphics, sound etc. Can anyone help with a drivers disc, or can get
them to me over the net? Please reply to my e-mail address

Last night I lost 90%+ of my LCD brightness. All data appears just
fine on the screen though...it's just like looking at it with
sunglasses on. Does this sound like a backlight issue? If so, does

I have 2 Acer 5024WLMi laptops (and very nice they are two), and have
two queries :
A) When scanning the C drive (both partitions have been converted to
NTFS by the way), both machines always come up with :
