I have a Acer Aspire 1350 which refuses to start.
To get any reaction at all, the reset button on the downside of the PC
has to be pushed. After that some reaction happens when the power
button is pressed:

Does anyone know how to reset the BIOS password on the TravelMate 290
series?
The service manual says contact the reseller. And there are no jumpers or
dipswitches that does the trick.

Is someone here was able to install/run linux (MDK 10.1) on a TravelMate
6003 LMIb. The install seems to work, but when i try to boot, the boot stop
at the line "Init Enter Level 5"...
Any idea ?
