I am tying to find a 32 meg memory upgrade for the above laptop made by TI/ACER. The few places I have seen that had the memory have wanted as much money that I could buy a faster, new laptop ready to go. Anyone have an old machine that I could have the memory out of it?

I recently bought an Acer TravelMate 800LCi. I used the Fn+arrow keys and to increase/decrease the screen brightness. But even at the minimum setting, the screen is still quite bright. I'm concerned about battery life and if I'm using the notebook in a dark room, the screen

Just been formating my Acer Aspire 1315LM with windows 2000 on it, when I noticed a hidden partion. According to pmagic it's 8 Meg, NON DOS and contatins about 5.5 Meg of information. The drive is called "Acer Support" are something like that.

A few days ago I've bought an Acer Travelmate 804Lcib. But I've a big question. The notebook (with a clean system) need more than 5 minutes to startup completely. My old notebook with several programs boots faster. Is that normal??
