I have an SMC7004BR 4-Port Switch/NAT Router that has a built-in print
server (with a parallel-port connector).
For many years, I have used the SMC7004BR to connect to the Internet (via
cable modem) as well as  share files between several computers.  It has

If I connect the Ethernet Disk Mini directly to my computer’s USB port
