My brother bought a dsl system from sbcyahoo which included a 2wire
1701 router and signal filters for the wall sockets. He was told that
he could plug his incoming phone line directly to the 2wire, then plug
his lines that go to wall receptacles throughout the house into the

I've set up a bunch of ISP connections where the provider gives me a
multiport router/dsl modem.  I know I can hit the modem at 192.168.1.1
from any browser and enter the dsl account and password and go.
Can I do the same thing for the single port DSL modems?

WinPoET. The Internet acces from the server is OK. The public Internet acces

Our office LAN 192.168.0.x network is simple. Only two PCs (one of
which is wireless getting IP from our linksys router), one networked
printer, and two network cameras (SONY SNC-M3).
