I recently ordered Qwest DSL with MSN but installed it without the MSN part, yet everything seems to work fine. Is this normal? Is it possible that my old dial-up ISP, CompuServe (budget AOL) is somehow still working as the ISP, even though I uninstalled its software?

| Use off-the-shelf DSL modems to extend ethernet? | 24 Nov 2004 16:23 GMT | 2 |
I'd like to know whether I could take two retail ADSL modems and use them to extend an ethernet connection? Since the phone company can connect over 18,000 feet of twisted pair, I thought that I could get at least half the distance.

| Newbie - How does DSL login? | 19 Nov 2004 04:34 GMT | 3 |
We have 2 DSL connections right now. Original was through Covad, an ISDN/DSL I think they called it. All worked fine. We're switching over to a 'true' DSL through another provider. They brought in a new line and we're currently using that connection. The problem is
