First time poster in this newsgroup. I have DSL with Qwest. I've recently purchased a D-Link DSL-100 PCI DSL modem. Can't get it to work. My ISP is theriver.com; they say they use "bridging", which I assume means rfc 1483 MPoA; I have the IP address, gateway & DNS server #'s, ...

Last night I decided to upgrade my Linksys BEFSX41 router to the latest (03/17/04) firmware version (1.50.9). The router had been working fine, but there was an annoying problem where a telnet session with no activity would time out after 10 minutes. And

Greetings all, I have a Speedstream 5660 hooked up to a Qwest DSL line here in Minneapolis. It has been working okay, but lacks UPnP functionality. So, I purchased a D-Link DI-804HV, which does have UPnP functionality.
