How to troubleshoot packet traffic on Cisco router ?29 Feb 2008 13:34 GMT3
I  can't find how to view current ip traffic on cisco router (1760).
There is very good command on linux systems - iptraf or ehterall (ethercap).
But I don't see anything like that on cisco.
I want to know a few things - for example

I am a newbie have inherited a Catalyst 2900.  It seems to have two
fiber ports on it; ports 23 & 24.  Is there a way to determine if
these are 1GB ports?  Is there anything slower?  I do a 'sh ru' and it

Here's a quick scenario:
Router A has two WAN interfaces. One multicast receiver is served by
each interface. If an MQC policy is applied to the interfaces, and a
stream is running one one receiver, starting to view the stream on the
