I  can't find how to view current ip traffic on cisco router (1760).
There is very good command on linux systems - iptraf or ehterall (ethercap).
But I don't see anything like that on cisco.
I want to know a few things - for example

I am a newbie have inherited a Catalyst 2900.  It seems to have two
fiber ports on it; ports 23 & 24.  Is there a way to determine if
these are 1GB ports?  Is there anything slower?  I do a 'sh ru' and it
lists these ports as Fastethernet 0/23 and 0/24.

Is there any way to force a VPN connection at boot on a windows XP machine
using the Cisco VPN client and an ASA5520. I already have the VPN client
starting before windows logon, but I need to take it a step further and have

I'm studying for my CCNA exam, at some point I inadvertantly cleared all
