I have new cisco switches...3560's and older 3coms superstack III and II connected via crossover cables. Can anyone advise on best practices for connecting the two? Should I fix the port speed? etc..

We're using ACS 3.2 for AAA. There is a collection of .csv files in the ACS which track "Failed Logins". I want to automatically access and download that information for analysis. Is there an API available to do this? If not, any other ideas?

I've configure a Cisco Call Manager to send outgoing calls to a a SIP trunk (configured an outgoing dial-peer). I'm trying to receive calls from the same SIP trunk, but I got 530 (internal error) on the SIP server that tries to send the call.

I currently use an 837. In addition to the dialer config, I have acl's, port forwarding etc. I've read that the 857 and 877 are 'fixed-configuration routers.' I'd like to upgrade to one but need to be able to configure it via the IOS. '
