I have a 515E that, according to the quick start guide, should allow out of the box https configuration. The DHCP server is supposed to be operational as well. However, I am only able to connect to the 515E via a serial connection. I can tell that the DHCP server is enabled,

I have a contract coming up on a FE connection to the Internet with full BGP routing table. Wondered if anyone had any thoughts on price or perferformance for ISPs these days. It's been a while since I've gone shopping and I'm still not sure if I'll take it out to bid.

I have a PIX 515, one site is connected via VPN as 192.168.192.0/24 Client connects to the same PIX and gets an address from this range 192.168.255.0/24 I can't ping from 192.168.254.0/24 to 192.168.192.0/24 or vice versa.

We are using RADIUS under AIX to authenticate traffic through a Cisco box into a VLAN. Can the RADIUS server be configured to not authenticate specific IP addresses?

More than 64 Vlan has been created in my VTP domain. The 2950’s has a limit of 64 PVSTs. On each 2950 on my network, how to limit the PVST to only vlans that are switching traffic for (like pruning vlan). How to configure them ?
