I was hoping someone could help me with a problem on my Pix. I am getting high collisions on my inside and outside interfaces. The ISP is also seeing collisions. The interfaces are set to auto but drop to 10 half duplex. Does anyone have any ideas on where I should start?

Sorry to re-submit the question, however, I got somewhat further. Our c836 router loses connection every five minutes. The line is ok, other modems work fine. Our provider can see no problem. Can this have something to do with my config? At the moment it is still very simple,

i would like to monitor traffic on my 2950 switch. i have set up port 1 (the downlink from router) to span to 24. will monitoring port 1 effectively monitor all on the switch, or should i select them individually?

Does anyone know if it's possible to add an IP address to the system portion of an ASA or FWSM for management? I suppose it really doesn't apply to an FWSM since you session in to it, but since they both operate off the same basic principal.
