Access-List: Blocking all access by mistake30 Nov 2004 23:14 GMT4
I want to block only web protocols to our web servers. It needs http
and ssl only and I want to use access-lists. I changed the real IP
addresses. This is what I tried:
webserver address is 10.0.0.59
connecting 4500s30 Nov 2004 21:53 GMT2
I have two 4500s connected via trunk ports (gig copper).
If more than one trunk port is connected between the two switches at one
time, is this "bad"?  Does it cause any confusion or does it split
traffic similar to etherchannel?
debug fixup udp30 Nov 2004 18:40 GMT1
When I type "debug fixup udp" nothing happens. I also typed "term mon" and
that didn't do anything either. What commands do I use to find out why the
PIX is dropping/destroying packets that are destined for 1 specific router
that is not listed in the acl.

We bought a used 4840G Catalyst Load Balancing Switch.
We would like to use it to connect (load balance) to several windows

How many routing tables does an MPLS PE router have?30 Nov 2004 15:20 GMT1
Is the answer one for the MPLS core, and one per VRF? Or is it simply
one? (CCIE written exam question)
TestKing and Boson differ on this one!

Question on 'access-list', I must misunderstnad something...30 Nov 2004 12:21 GMT2
I've initially configured my 836 using the webinterface for regular DSL connection in Germany. It works like a charm, so no complaints there. However, being at least marginally literal (and a little more, perhaps) in IOS CLI, I intend to update the config manually.
No I've found ...

PIX and per-interface routing30 Nov 2004 00:06 GMT3
Am I right in thinking that a PIX won't send a reply packet in an
established session through the interface it first appeared on, if the
default route pointed to a gateway on a different interface?
E.g. in a network
HELP on Cisco ISDN 776 and/or 76629 Nov 2004 22:25 GMT1
Cisco newbie.  My ZyXel ISDN Prestige 100IH torched a transistor.  I
had both a Cisco 766 and 776 in my possession.  Cannot get DSL or
cable where I live.  Best speed is ISDN.
Cannot get either Cisco to login to ISP.  Both will dial, certain

I have 3-routers that are directly connected to each other.  Here is
an example drawing of the connectivity.  One ethernet from RTRA to
RTRB and one ethernet from RTRB to RTRC.
