What is the perceived wisdom regarding PoE, Ethernet switches and
sharing a switch between IP phones and PC's in a small office?
I can get a 24 port switch, where the first 12 ports are PoE enabled.

What does everyone use to cut the above?  Hacksaw, jab saw, some kind of snips?
Anyone have any tips for working with this?  I don't have any to share right

Can anyone tell me where I can find a supplier of fiber optic safety
gloves?  I have a bundle of single mode fiber that I need to deal with
and can't find anywhere selling the safety gloves any more.
Is there a reason why so many places have stopped selling them?
