How do you trace RG cable that's terminated on the other side? I know you have to connect your toner to ground, otherwise the ground will shield the center wire, but if the cable is terminated at the other end all the cables have a common ground.

Other than Hubbell ,who else makes Above Floor Surface Mount Boxes ? The cable would be coming from underneath, 12" on concrete. Coring the floor is not an option to put a floorbox.
