I put this MB in a new case and added a quiet large-fan/low-speed CPU cooler
to the 950MHz Duron, intending for this system to replace an aging server.
With the new cooler the system wouldn't boot, gave 4 beeps, then shut down.
I held down the Ins key to get past the problem and ...

Maxtor 120GB IDE ATA-133 HDDs connected as master/Slave on IDE Channel #1. I
have installed the VIA Hyperion 4 in 1 v4.51v drivers and I'm running Win XP
Pro SP-1a.

I bought new soyo kt400 board, my video is so framey, it is like slow
motion, like a webcam set on 30 frames per min!, it is well noticed in games
where have lot action, like turns etc, i had the ATI AIW 7200 card, replaced
it  by the soyo's onboard video, and still have the problem ...

Just a quick message to all of those faithful SOYO mobo users as well
as to the detractors who say their products suck.  My Dragon is still
going strong with few hitches since it was put together more than 1.5
