I have the Soyo adapter card in my Soyo Dragon Lite that has optical
ports (among aother things).  I am trying to feed my satellite sound
into my computer using an optical cable.  Nothing happened.  I
currently have my computer  configured for 5.1 sound if that matters.

I have just received a Soyo SY-P4I875P Dragon 2.0 MB Black Label.  I have
put together many systems in the last 30 years and have not seen the

I have the KT333/Ultra motherboard. Which has served me fine until
now. The problem is I have a new WD 160Gb hard drive which is being
reported in the bios as 130Gb. My current bios is KV7XB-2AA1 according
to the posting message. The latest bios is available is  KV7XB-2AA9.

I am having troubles getting my PC to recognize my USB 2.5" hard drive. This
is one of those devices that allow you to install a laptop hard drive in a
case, and with some software and a cable, gives you some "cheap" extra
storage.

I'm using Outlook Express as my newsgroup reader. How come I can only see 50
messages of history for this newsgroup? All other groups give me back to day
one. I DO have it set to "Synchronize ALL Messages".

Is there a way to enable the RAID functionality of the ICH5R
southbridge after installation of Windows XP? Unfortunately I read to
late that the SATA-mode should been set to RAID and not to IDE before
installation, so when I try to enable it now WinXP crashes during boot

The mainboard is a 6vba133. I bought a Prophet 4000xt agp. The problems is
when the new card is installed the pc refuses to boot into the Windows

I found out about this board about a month ago and ordered a dozen.
We have a proprietary data acquisition card that is still ISA based
and this Mobo seemed a good option.
Finally got around to plugging our ISA card into one of the ISA slots
