I have built a new PC and need some assistance in figuring out the
IEEE 1394, (firewire), case to mainboard connections! The case has the
wires labeled differently from how KT-600 Manual lists it's
connections.

My KV7MA-Pro defaults to "Normal" for the printer port and that works fine on
my HP Laserjet III and Epson Inkjets. When I choose ECP or EPP I get jibberish
from the printers. These port emulations work fine on other motherboards with
the same printers. What's the difference?

I have two older Dragon Plus boards, one running 2ba8 and the other, a
recent freebie, is still running 2ba2.
I want to upgrade the one so that both are running the same bios, but
apparently the 2ba8 bios has been removed from the Soyo site.

I got the Soyo P4I875P Dragon 2 Platinum Edition set up with an P4
3GHz. 2 X WD 160 GB SATA installed at ICH5R without RAID an 2 X
Samsung 160 GB SATA installed at Silicon Image SI3112A as RAID 0.
If i am doing a big transfer between one of the HDDs at the ICH5R and

I installed a 7 in 1 memory card reader/writer with USB/1394 extension
ports, internal->5.25" drive bay.
It will not read my memory cards cards!
I plugged the USB cable from the reader into my SOYO USB 2.0 PCI card.

Using a WD Hard Disk that is ATA100 capable. Also using the required

I have a Soyo KT400 Ultra, and am trying to use a Radeon 9600SE AGP
card, which I can't get to work at all.  In fact, when I leave it in
the computer for a while, it doesn't even heat up, which says that
slot isn't even getting voltage.  But, when I plug the card in, I do

I've had a SY-K7V DRAGON Plus! motherboard for some time now. When I
first built a system around it, I had a lot of trouble getting the
on-board Via LAN working. The problem was that Windows (98SE/ME/2000

Has anybody else perhaps this board? My board seems to have some
strange behaviour - perhaps because it's very new. And that is what

1.) The temperature sensor for the cpu seems to provide different
