I read the following quote from http://www.digit-life.com/articles2/nforce2-1vs2channels/?98399 It's also possible to use three modules, but remember that the dual-channel access can be set only for the memory size equal to the double size of the

I've recently installed an AN35N Ultra on my computer and I can not get the on board LAN and sound card to install. I've tried disabling, rebooting and re-enabling in BIOS. I've also down loaded the latest drives and reinstalling but so far no joy. They show up in the device

| [ST61G4] Package contents etc. | 26 Mar 2004 21:26 GMT | 5 |
I'm thinking of getting Shuttle's ST61G4 model as a desktop computer. I've built full-sized computers before (in pre-DDRAM, pre-SATA times...) so I'm not too sure as to what problems might occurr. 1. Does the package contain thermal paste or is that stuff no longer

| ST61G4 with 2 drives | 26 Mar 2004 01:15 GMT | 4 |
I shortened the bracket on the card reader and then inserted a second hard disk behind the card reader. The system board went from 54 to 58 degrees but the CPU remains at 38 degrees. I don't understand why they didn't put more thought into the design in the first place. They had ...

| Wake On LAN | 24 Mar 2004 23:57 GMT | 8 |
I have a Shuttle "Zen" ST62K and want to get the Wake On LAN working. When I turn it off, the port on my switch still glows - it's "on." Yet the NIC's LED on the back of the PC isn't glowing, and nor is the IP address pingable. What exactly do I need to do in order for the PC to ...

I was running my Barton (T'Bred core) 2500 at FSB220x10 and using 1.725v to obtain Prime95 stability. Temps would go up to 50C socket using 2 80mm exhaust fans and a Vantec Aeroflow in an Antec SX835II case. For memory I was running 2x512MB Kingston HyperX in dual channel (slot one ...

| Noise of XPC SB65G2 vs older SS51G ? | 17 Mar 2004 21:16 GMT | 5 |
I bought a SS51G soon after it came out 20 months ago or so, using it as an audio server. It works great, and I would buy another Shuttle XPC in a nano-second, but I wish it were a little quieter given its right in the living room. Does anyone know if the newer models, such ...

I know if we go down this route you could end up with 4 and blow the hole idea of a shuttle out of the water but 2 is a reasonable no. - are there any plans for this ?
