same symptoms, so am assumming a problem with the motherboard.  It ...
AIDA32 v3.9329 Feb 2004 13:13 GMT6
AIDA32 now reads the sensors for the AN35N correctly (Mobo, CPU and the ever
popular PWM ;-) Probably some other fixes I didn't notice. I'm using the
"Enterprise" version. Different versions are described on web site:
http://www.aida32.hu  and the price is right!

RAID in my XPC?  Or 74gig Raptor23 Feb 2004 02:46 GMT3
My PCI slot is currently unoccupied, so I could easily add a RAID

small box will create problems (or at least raise the fan speed and
create more noise from the fan).
Boot from SATA HDs? (865PE chipsets)23 Feb 2004 01:52 GMT7
I was wondering if other makes of motherboards with non-RAID 865PE chipsets support a
"booting" SATA HD (to WinXP)?  Especially if there is also a non-booting PATA HD in the
system on one of the standard IDE channels?
Would this be a BIOS issue or a limitation of the 865PE chipset ...
