No centre/bass sound output from SN41G226 Nov 2003 09:36 GMT6
I've just bought 6.1 speakers for my 6 month old SN41G2 but I have
found that there is no output from the C/B (top) jack socket. I have
set up win XP for 5.1 output  and the sound from other two outputs is
OK. Any ideas please?
SB61G2 (FB61 v2.1)  HDD 200GB and BIOS questionj26 Nov 2003 06:57 GMT6

In the Shuttle site I see that SB61G2 BIOS says v1.x , and FB61 v2.x

And I just bought the wireless network adapter.
They both use internal USB connectors.
SN45G IEEE drivers in Win XP24 Nov 2003 22:53 GMT4
I cant get my new SN45G XPC to use IEEE under Win XP Pro - SP1. The
device is recognised by the WinXP hardware wizard but the load then
fails, claimimg the relevant section is missing from the INF. It all
works fine in Mandrake though, so it's not hardware. I've searched

Stupid Noobie question on the SN41g223 Nov 2003 11:17 GMT9
Just got one of these, and it seems to work fine. Not really tested it with
anything serious yet, but one thing is bugging me that maybe shouldn't be.
Is there any way you can increase the amount of shared memory allocated to
the integrated graphics.

Just upgraded to the latest BIOS on my machine and can't get my Athlon 1700+
recognised as anything other than a 1700+. Previously was running as a 2400+
IIRC. I can't remember my previous settings but the max I can get the new
BIOS up to is 166/166/33. Am I missing something ...
Dual Channel With AN35N Ultra22 Nov 2003 20:38 GMT3
Quick question.  I have 2 X 256 DDR dimm's in slots 1 and 3 on this board.
I realize the performance gain is not much with dual channel but is there
any way to tell if its running in dual channel mode short of benchmarking?
AN35N40022 Nov 2003 17:25 GMT6
Other than the AN35N400 having 6 channel audio, rather than 5.1 channel
audio, are there any other differences between the 2 boards?
I'm planning on buying one of the editions of the AN35 within the next week
or so.  Newegg has the 35N Ultra for $56.99 and the 35N400 for $57.  Any
