P6N Firewire and USB problems26 Feb 2008 10:15 GMT2
On My P6N motherboard the Firewire board does not show up in the
device list even though it is on in the BIOS.  I have actually tried
it both ways.
All devices say they are working, there are no device unknowns or
K8N Neo2 Plat Upgrades?21 Feb 2008 18:45 GMT6
I have a K8N Neo2 Platinum with Athlon 3500+ and 1gb OZC Gold memory.
I want to know (relatively speaking) if the following upgrades make

DualCoreCenter won't start09 Feb 2008 19:53 GMT3
Just built a computer using the Neo2-Digital board (nice board!)
Fresh format and install in Windows XP w/SP2.  Then installed MSI
drivers and utilities.  Everything fine.

supply fires up and fans run but motherboard diagnostic leds are green

I recently installed a USB 2.0 front bay hub and connected it to a USB 2.0

USB 2.0 flash drive into one of the connectors on the front bay hub, a
notice on the screen suggests that I connect the device to a ...
cannot read or write cd-rom MSI P6N04 Feb 2008 22:14 GMT9
This worked fine a couple of weeks ago but now I cannot read or write
CDs on this system. I tried 3 different optical drives and WinXP and
Vista in a dual boot system but nothing. I moved the drive from master
to slave but that didn't help. I flashed to the latest bios and set
CPU upgrade02 Feb 2008 15:34 GMT8
I plan to upgrade my single core Athlon 3200+ CPU to a double core X2
3600+ on my K8N Neo4. I'd like to keep the same WinXP install. Should I
reset the bios? Will WinXP recognize the new processor on startup or
will I have to do a repair install?
