MSI P35 Neo2-FR booting31 Aug 2007 14:29 GMT2
I am facing the following issue when cold booting a system built with
MSI P35 Neo2-FR. The system powers on (power led lights on) for 2-3
seconds, then the system powers down (power led lights off) for 1-2
seconds and then powers on again (power led lights on). I have been

I have a new 1333 Intel CPU and 1066 ram. I can't find a setting to
allow the ram to run at 1066? This is the newer 1.1 MB with latest
bios. Thanks

I noticed that on a system built with MSI P35 Neo2-FR when clicking
on a usb memory stick device under windows to make it safe to remove
and after the message appears saying that is safe to remove the led on
the usb memory stick still lights and would not go off. Does anyone

I have msi motherboard card MSI (MS-7301).
Recently, i have upgrade the firmware but i use a bad bios...
So now, the computer doesn't want to start and stay locked on a black
screen with a twinkling cursor...

I just bought this new board along with a new Core 2 Duo E6600 cpu, a
600watt power supply, Sapphire X300 SE video card from ATI and a 400Gb
sata hard drive.  Hooked everything up,  and powered it on and nothing
happened exept for the case fans and cpu fan.  Monitor doesn't light

I have an NEO2 plat (bios 1.B) that has an IDE boot drive. Can use a SATA
drive (500GB as a secondary without issue? Would I need to place it on the
SAT2 connector to avoid boot issues? Any information and/or warnings
appreciated.

Use the following. Connect the case plugs to the designated pins on
the mainboard.
However, the autodetect doesn't work, but that's not a big deal for
me.
