is anyone has make it functional ? I had a Matsonic KT133 Mainboard, this
CPU worked fine, but only a 100Mhz FSB, the max FSB possyble with this Mobo
was 112Mhz so the max of spedd was 1176 Mhz ..... I bought a KT266 Mobo

I have tried installing Ubuntu 7.04 on an MS-6315 many
times.  The screen goes "crazy" when it is sent into 80x25
character mode.  If I wait long enough for it to kick into
graphics mode, everything runs fine.  Does anyone know

The MoBo apppears to be ACPI enabled, however there is no Power management

My MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum 939-pin Athlon computer has worked fine for a
few years, but suddenly failed a few weeks ago.  The first symptom was
when I was using SHIFT-downarrow to select a few lines of text to
delete, and on pressing the third downarrow the computer screen

The BIOS reads this chip as a 1500+ and sends a two tone alarm through the
case speaker on bootup.
The chip is a newly installed 2700+ Athlon Thoroughbred model "B"

I have a generic computer w/the MSI-7060 mobo ver 1 installed, and it
shuts down suddenly. Doesn't matter what you are doing, it just goes
off. Pushing the start button doesn't work, you have to shut it down
with the main off switch, then turn that switch on, and press the

I am attempting to set up a new machine with the P965 Platinum MB.
While installing Windows that system crashes as soon as the all the
drivers are loaded and it says "Starting Windows" or words to that
affect, meaning it is now going into graphics mode. I then get a blue

Does anyone know of any shop or company (US or UK) that still stock
older mobos. I'm particularly after a mobo which includes AMD Socket
462, and preferably takes sdram (168 pins) although I'll accept one
which takes DDR modules if necessary. The mobo should also be form
