I updated my BIOS on an MSI K7N2 Delta-L Mobo from v3.8 to v3.9, AFTER
updateing the BIOS (All went OK with the Update) the system POSTS and
goes to the A Floppy and HANGS there, I left it and it NEVER boots

On MSI KT3 ultra 2 I upgraded the cpu from athlon xp 2000+ to barton 3000+
fsb at 166 Mhz and ram from pc 2100 to pc 2700.
I flashed the bios with the last available.
I setted FSB at 166 and multiplier to auto.
