Ok, first off, this is a socket 754 mobo and not the 939 one with the
same name. It has 3 dimm slots. Ive been running it with 2 DS 512 pc2700

I have a wierd situation.........
I use a special disk that I run all sorts of maintanence/tools progs
including disk partitioning tools & various others.......For some reason
I am not able to see any HD's connected to the card when in the DOS GUI

Should the fan on the IGP chip run continuously or is it temperature
controlled?
Mine is not running btw and the h/sink feels hot to touch - so I think
it ought to running.

Well this is my first build and it has been a steep learning curve but
