I don't suppose anyone could tell me about the fastest possible processor
that I can squeeze into my motherboard? I'm currently happily running an

I purchased this mother board recently together with an AMD Sempron
Processor 2600+. However the processing speed showing under Windows xp

I recently purchased a K7N2 Delta 2 board with an AMD Sempron 2400 proc (I
know, low-end, but it's a replacement for my wife's old Dell).
Everything seems to be working fine with two exceptions:
1.  The proc is rated for 1.67ghz but only running a little over 950mhz.

I was building my new pc using the following new parts:
- K8N Master2 mobo
- dual Opteron 246
- Rosewill 550-2 psu

There where (are?) quite a few issue's with this combination. Placing a 6600
GT videocard (AGP) in these series of motherboards resulted in not posting
of the system ie, it got stuck just after the RAM check and the IDE log
while booting.
