I flashed my K7T266 Pro2-A mobo to V5.6, but I'm still being told my CPU

Is there any software out there which can overclock (like Fuzzy Logic), but
in response to increased CPU load? I'm only really after something that will
decrease FSB when CPU load is below a certain threshold and can't seem to

Trying to install XP on this system, and I bought a 200 GB drive for it.  
The bios recognizes the model number, but I only see 130 GB of usable space
from the setup program and in Disk Management when it is installed.
Am I missing something?
