I recently built a new machine with a Gigabyte GA-M770-DS3 board. It
is running XP and was stable for a week or so but now has major
problems and I am not sure where else to look for the problem. I need
to make sure that I find it soon before the Newegg return policy runs

I hear that the phenom chips will work with most am2 boards.. Does
this include the GA-M55SLI-S4..  I can't find anything on it..

I have XP 64 on this system already on a 40 GB HD. I installed a  new
160 GB EIDe drive and try to install XP 64. XP sees the drive formats it and
starts to install. When it tries to reboot I get "A disk read error has
occured" "Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart".
