What's the maximum size ATA harddisk I can connect to a GigaByte GA-8PE667
Ultra mainboard, with the latest BIOS revision I could find (F3 I

Recently, I noticed the green power-LED on the front of the housing is
steadily blinking while the machine is running. Frequence is about 1Hz,

My 965P-DS3 boots up in a way that is different from all my computers prior.
When the power button is pushed on, the hard drives spin up and the fans get
a slight voltage.  After about 2 seconds, the rest of the computer turns on
and the fans get full voltage, and everything ...

Building a new computer using MS Win Xp SP2.   Going to use SATA 2 drives,
and a gigabyte Mobo.
Other than the connection, does windows Xp instal/recognise the SATA Drives,

Okay so this is a weird one.  I have a 965P-DS3 and a Thermaltake Big
Typhoon (old one) with a 3-pin connector.  When the computer turns on, the
HDs spin up, and then voltage is supplied to the fans and I guess the mobo
in general.  The fan gives a little jump, but then stops ...

I'd like to be able to use more than 2 phyisical hard drives
with my GA-M55plus-S3G.  Can I simply purchase an IDE
controller card to plug in, and get that capability?

I have a GA-M61P-S3 motherboard and today when I went to boot up the power
led came on and the hard drive led came on and stayed on solid, no POST
beep, no splash screen. I tried a few things to no avail, then removed the
cover and moved the SATA cable to SATA 1 slot. The system ...

So Speedfan does not like the DS3.  Temps are reported, but they are fairly
useless without being able to control the fan speeds.  Are there any apps
out there that let you control the CPU/Sys fan speeds from software?

My new Gigabyte P965-DS3 is purring like a kitten.  I gues everyone else's

I'm considering the Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 for a new build, but I'm a bit
confused by all the rhetoric on the various revisions.
On Newegg, I see two listings. One is for Rev. 1.3 at $100, and the second
doesn't say what revision but is $130.

I would like to get memory recommendation for my new computer. It won't be
used for games playing, only office application and perhaps only a little
bit over clocked above default setting.
