I have an nForce 4 board networked to an nForce 3 board via an SMC gigabit router. The router indicates that the nForce 4 board is talking at 1000, but the nForce 3 board will only connect at 100. The Motherboard specs show that the on-board LAN is capable of 10/100/1000

If I disable the onboard LAN in the BIOS it also disables the Gigaraid controller although the Gigaraid controller indicates enabled . Any idea why?
