GA-&DPXDW-P (or+) weirdness31 Jan 2005 22:34 GMT2
I just built a system with this board and I'm trying to get it to work but
it's hanging when Windows 2000 Server is in the startup sequence. (The first
reboot after setup finishes, at the point where it says Windows is starting)
Also sometimes the board fails to detect the hard ...
GA-7VT600 1394 IDE problems31 Jan 2005 22:11 GMT1
I installed an SATA drive and loaded XP Pro while two IDE drives were
attached. It would boot from the SATA after it showed an option screen of
two instances of XP from which to boot. If I removed either of the IDE
drives, it wouldn't boot from the SATA. I reloaded the SATA as ...
Heat sink and chipset fans not spinning.31 Jan 2005 05:27 GMT1
My power supply blew out a week ago so I bought a new case with a power
supply since the price was right and I wanted a new case anyway.  I
installed everything and the computer boots into Windows fine, but I noticed
the heat sink and chipset fans were not moving so I shut down.  ...

GA-7N400 Pro2 (rev2) FSB for memory and cpu29 Jan 2005 14:54 GMT3
I'm thinking of upgrading my cpu and memory. Memory would be kingston 512Mx2
3200 (FSB400) for the dual channel benefits. Does the cpu FSB need to match?
i.e. can cpu be 333 or 400? newegg has nice deal for the kingston memory and
2700+ 333. I could pay the almost double for the ...

GA-8IE80026 Jan 2005 22:49 GMT2
Hi all, I'm having a bit of trouble working out how to organise the ram in
my new motherboard (GA-8IE800).
The manual states that the board can take up to 2gb, now I have found in the
manual that it says it can take only 512mb simms, but it only has 3 slots so
Stickers26 Jan 2005 20:04 GMT1
