Just bought a Scythe "Mini Kaze" 40mm Silent Mini Fan (SY124010L) for my erratic chipset fan on my 8KHA+ MB which has lasted lo these 6.5 yrs. I measured the old 'coolermaster' fan and it was 40x40x10mm with a 2 pin connector. The 2 pin connector on this fan I got from Newegg
