8k3a+ and 2800 barton...does temp monitor show accurate temp?28 Feb 2005 13:15 GMT7
howdy all
pretty much as the subject says, have an 8k3a+ board with the correct
revision number to support the 2800 barton, which runs fine in the
board. only issue is that the temp is showing fairly high, between 60-70

i have an old Epox (Pronix) Board and can't find anything about it. I
googled it but nothings turns up, even the epox site can't feed me with any
information on this board.

I've got an 8RDA+ that is throwing a post code of 26. I can't get it to
boot up at all - no video, nothing.
Looking through the archives, I see that a video card could be the
problem, but the system was running with the present video card until

I have got a nice shortage in my 4PDA2+ with RAID1 matrix built with
"onboard" driver. The mainboard is totaly broken.
The thing I need to do is to restore data from HDD's.
The first idea was to buy 4PDA5+ and set up totally new server with old

I have an EPOX  VIA KM400 EP--8KMM3I  with an 80 gig Maxtor ATA/133 hard
drive.  I want to add a 250 gig Maxtor SATA drive as additional storage.
What do I need to set in the BIOS so that the WinXP OS will still boot on
the IDE drive?  Thanks.

I have an 8KTA3+ mobo with a AMD Athlon 1Ghz processor. I have the latest
BIOS (7/29/2002) and the latest 4in1 drivers loaded. I have been running an
older AGP 2x ATI all-in-wonder card with no problems. I just bought a ATI
All-in-wonder 9600 AGP 8x/4x. I looked in the 8KTA3+ manual ...

Anyone heard when these might hit the states. I have read some reviews but
can't find any of them yet.
