I recently purchased an 8KDA3J and an Athlon 3400+.   It seems that I may
have a voltage problem, but I am not sure.   I've returned the motherboard
once already thinking the problem was there, but apparently not.The

This one is a weird one. I boot XP from the Setup CD, run the
installer, format full NTFS (not Quick Format), XP CD copies the setup
files to C:, restarts and gives an error message of BOOT DISK ERROR -
INSERT BOOT CD on 1st boot. BIOS setting for boot sequence is 1)

I have the the epox 8RDA3+ board and it works fine. But from time to time
the PC freezes for a short period like 10 or 20 seconds. Than continues as
if nothing happened. It shouldn't go too hot, nor should I have some kind of
interrupt problems.

I'm trying to set up an 8RDA+ as an upgrade to a machine
which runs Windows 98 (first Edition).
During detection, a 'PCI Universal Serial Bus' device is found
and I'm unable to identify what it is and what to do with it!
