How to find out the real, maximum possible CPU speed (WITHOUT overclocking) ?26 Nov 2006 16:55 GMT2
I was running an AMD Athlon CPU on an older Elitegroup motherboard.
Some diagnostic tools show me a modell 1400 MHz (10.5 x 133) 1600+ for this CPU.
Then, a week ago, I changed the motherboard to another Elitegroup motherboard (K7S5A).

Unfortunately my motherboard (ECS K7S5A rev5.0 resp. rev1.0) has only USB slots of standard 1.1.
Is it possible to buy an additional PCI card with 2.0 USB slots and use them instead ?
In order not to confuse Win2000/WinXP I assume that I have to disable the old USB 1.1 slots.

Hi all.  The local Fry's has this motherboard and a bare Athlon 64 3500+ for
$199.  Seems like a good deal, but after some research I see that the AGP-e

Yes, my Motherboard has two different RAM-Slots/Banks:

I never hear any post beeps on either of two N2U400-A boards I have. The
case speaker has only two leads, but there are three pins on the board for
the speaker. The manual is vague on which two pins are correct. Can anyone
