I own an ECS P4VXAD+ motherboard and the PC (either with Windows 2000 or XP) won't shut own completely. The hard drive goes in sleep mode but I have to push the power button for 4 secs if I want to power off the PC.

I am not able to get my Seagate 40GB 7000.7 to boot from a K7S5A Pro. First it detects the drive and says "OK" but then it says -The previous device failed to boot VFAT error- and goes to the floppy then the CD drive. It never gets out of the BIOS control as far as I can

Can anyone tell me how I can possibly get my Logitech MX510 corded optical mouse working in Safe Mode or real DOS? I have the HoneyX BIOS (HX1209.rom) and a K7S5a rev 3.1 MB and I am using Win98SE.

I bough this mf for my kids tosave some $$$, I use the old sdram 512 (256x2), it will crash often id i use nvidia (geforece4 440) new driver or old crash. but if i use my ati card both 8xagp everythig go flawlessly, no problen no crash what ever anygame they played ( the kids)

I have a 661FX-M with a 3.2G Prescott. The system is only runnig at 2.8G (14x200Mhz). I have treid the latest BIOS for the board and still have the same problem. ECS's website states that this combination is supported. Any idea what the problem could be?
