I own an ECS P4VXAD+ motherboard and the PC (either with Windows 2000
or XP) won't shut own completely. The hard drive goes in sleep mode but

I have a K7VTA3 Rev. 8.0 board, AMD XP 2400, 256 meg DDR,

or old crash. but if i use my ati card both 8xagp everythig go

I have a 661FX-M with a 3.2G Prescott.  The system is only runnig at
2.8G (14x200Mhz).  I have treid the latest BIOS for the board and still
