I dont have any floppy disk with which to install the SATA RAID drivers when installing windows XP you know when you have to press F6 before installing windows.... are these on the CD that comes with the board?

My M2N-E won't power on not sure if it is the PSU or the board but suspect the PSU Can anyone tell me if there could be anything on the board that could be preventing it from even powering up? like a jumper or something?

Folks - I purchased an Asus P4P800-VM and when I try to boot with a SATA drive attached (two "known good" drives - one a WD another a Seagate) the system goes into constant reboots. This doesn't happen when just the DVD-RW (also known good) is connected.

Using 2 DDR2 pc6400 memory sticks, what is the correct optimum placement? Both in the gold connectors or one in gold other in black ( i.e. Channel A pair)? Assume that the memory has A,B,C compatability per the p5b manual memory chart.

I was reseating the NB HS and while cleaning the bottom of the heatsink, I inadvertently scraped off the black felt pad that had a square cut-out in the center for the core. What's that for? Is it to protect the SMDs from making contact with the sink or is it there just for support ...

I have a ASUS TUSI-M motherboard. The bios is version 1011.At present, it has a WD 20gb hard drive. I just purchased a new Seagate 160gb hard drive. My plan was to ghost the 160gb hard drive from the 20gb hard drive.

Does anyone know why the firewire port on a A7N8X-E Deluxe might not be working correctly? I'm pretty certain I've connected the case port to the correct point on the motherboard. I've installed the latest nForce driver. However, the firewire port doesn't show up in Device Manager

I tried overloading the temperature on my E6800 while ThrottleWatch was running, but it didn't throttle at all. Is this because the extreme version doesn't support throttling?
