My system is 5 years old running at 500 mhz. Most of my computing uses are not-cutting-edge games, Internet, a little word processing. It's time to update so I'm considering using my existing 500w case, monitor, kb, mouse, cd drive and floppy and putting in something like

So what's up with Asus' web site? It's garbage slow... so slow as to be useless. It's been that way for the last week or so. I'm averaging about 8-11 Kbps! Good god... it's maddening!

Basically what's happening is is the power light is lighting up on the board itself but the machine does not power up..... 1) I had this board working in another tower. Switched it to an identical tower and touched NO jumper pins, left alone.

After installing Norton System Works on an XP machine with a ASUS SLI32 motherboard runnning Nvidia Firwall, my outlook express gave an error when trying to get mail. The only way to fix it was to turn the firewall off and reboot.
