What's the highest speed CPU anyone is running with this board? I know 2.6 is possible , anyone runing a higher speed one?

My system is 5 years old running at 500 mhz.  Most of my computing
uses are not-cutting-edge games, Internet, a little word processing.  
It's time to update so I'm considering using my existing 500w case,
monitor, kb, mouse, cd drive and floppy and putting in something like

on the A7A266?  I can't find a specific setting for this in the BIOS.

Basically what's happening is is the power light is lighting up on the
board itself but the machine does not power up.....
1) I had this board working in another tower. Switched it to an

After installing Norton System Works on an XP machine with a ASUS SLI32
motherboard runnning Nvidia Firwall, my outlook express gave an error when
trying to get mail.  The only way to fix it was to turn the firewall off and
