power/motherboard issues....help!31 Jan 2004 23:43 GMT4
I had a PC that seemed to have died after attempting to (foolishly)
install unknown RAM cards into it. After a certain card was put in, it
would not turn on, not just not boot, but not turn on at all, as if it
were not plugged in.

not even recognize my Samsung monitor. Since I had a four-year NBD

the boot behaivior (tests RAM, cursor jumps to top right, etc), and
it's marked on the bottom PB 644047-006. Is anyone here familiar
enough with Compaq's to identify it? I'll gladly post more info if it

Why is my new keyboard incompatible with my PC?30 Jan 2004 04:23 GMT1
Some of our keyboard keys have become intermittent (its like typing
with boxing gloves on). Easily solved though....or that's what I

My daughter has a Dell 2300 that is coincidentally 1 month past the
warranty.  It will start up and shut off within 1 minute.  It doesn't
