I have a Compaq Proliant 88 with a single SCSI drive, running Novell 4.1.1
and the drive is out of free space. I purchased a new Maxtor 18 gig SCSI and
put it in the computer. The BIOS recognizes the drive when it is booting up,
and the Compaq utility correctly sees the drive, but ...

Lately my ProLiant 6000 has been giving a failed drive message. The
drive will fail, but if reseated it shows up healthy on a reboot and
prompts me for a rebuild. It will happily rebuild all green, then fail
after a couple of hours.

Ok, when I posted the Proliant 4500 for sale, I got 3 e-mail's, and several
postings.
When I confirmed what the system had, they all disappeared....
So, my questions:  Is there a particular part that people are looking for in

I have found some weeks ago a proliant 5000 with
dual PPRo200, 128M, 4 disk 2.1 gbytes and a duplexing kit.

   I have two Prosignia 300 servers, one a Pentium 90 (bought in 1995)
and the other a Pentium 120 (bought in 1996). Both have been operating

I picked up 2 Proliant servers last thursday (4/15/04) in 100% working
condition.  One with windows NT 4 server, the other with windows 2000
server.   no passwords or manuals, just a single cd package "Server Setup

i had a 1600R at a clients site, was experementing with it in hopes of
upgrading thier 1500T.
system had 1 p2300, extra ram card with ram, ( dont recall how much) and
a hard drive with NT on it setup and running.
