Hi, I own a Sparkle 6600GT and I dunno why I can't see my pc on my LCD-TV
using the s-video out.
I used:
> s-video out
> jack to 2 RCA
the above are connected to a s-video/RCA -> SCART adapter.
This adapter is then connected to an A/V WiFi transmitter/reciever 2,4Ghz
4channel system.
If I connect the output of my camcorder to the s-video/RCA -> SCART adapter
and to the rest of the system everything works fine.
The problem has -obviously- something to do with the videocard's output
signal.
>>I silmply wanted to add that I've never connected
>>the SCART adapter to the LCD TV directly...
>>Do you think that's why the videocard doesn't recognise the tv???
Can anyone help me, please?
Thanks, PK
ps.I'm using 71.81

The TV out is enabled only when it detects a TV connected based on the
resistance (impedance) on the connector. It's possible yer WiFI transmitter
doesn't have the same impedance as a TV.
There is an option in the nVidia display applet under "Tools" at the bottom
under "Troubleshooting" where it says "Force TV detection" Tick this and see
if it works.

Well...maybe I'll have to take the pc to the other corner of the house but
I'm trying to avoid this.
Do you think that the tv-out isn't enabled until the card/software don't see
the tv *phisically*?
Because I've enabled the tv-out, made all the settings (res/freq/bpp) but I
still can't see anyhting on the tv.
(I've tryed many configs....)
What makes me think is that using the camcorder s-video out everyhting works
fine.
Can you tell me what are the *standard* settings?
I think that the best/safer is 800x600x16 @ 60hz....
Any ideas?
Thank you all.
