Thanks for the responses to my one other thread.. its definite that we
are now going to get one of these units.. probably something along the
lines of a 7 target one though.
>From what i have noticed it isnt possible to just plug in a jump drive
on one of these and then burn that iso to the 7.. the usb connection
appears to only allow the computer to burn to the 7 drives (control
them)... or in some cases it doesnt even allow this.. It appears you
have to first make the CD in nearly all the ones i've seen, then burn
that one to the 7 targets.
Goal:
I'd like to find a 7 DVD/CD duplicator that could be controlled via
the computer and ideally be able to have an ethernet connection and
burn the iso straight over the wire.. or at least be able to hook up
the duplicator to a PC via usb and have the iso sent over..
Is there such a device? There has been only one i've seen so far..
but it was $1500.. our price range is $500-$899.
Thanks in advance

the only item I've seen is the network duplicator from MF Digital.
here is the link: http://www.mfdigital.com/5000series.html
the unit connects to any PC network and client software is used to
control burning and jobs
