How can I tell if a printer is capable of using Sublimation ink
instead of usual cartridges etc. Thanks

The best way may be to look at a site that sells dye sub inks and see if
that have prefilled cartridges for that printer model.

Most Epson printers will handle dye-sub inks because Epson printers do
not heat the ink during printing.  However, be aware all dye sub inks
have large particles and tend to clog easily, so I would suggest using a
printer with relatievely large ink drops, (perhaps over 3-4 picolitre)
