Perhaps a batch (.bat) file would do it (type filename >lpt1:) or
something similar, depending on whether your printer is parallel, usb,
or network and depending on whether you can find (or create) a file that
will print from 'DOS' that is suitable for your printer.

Thanks for replying Bennett.
Since posting I've learned that I probably don't need the utility
after all. Epson told me that the printer can set idle for up to a
month with out clogging. But they also recommended that the printer be
run through a "cleaning" cycle after setting idle for extended periods
like this.
