Not enough information, Nagina. You need to tell us which operating
system and which model of printer you are using at least.

did you remove all the packing material and plug it into a working AC
outlet?
Also, did you install the software that came with it on CD on your
computer?

Do you have a manual for this printer?
Did you connect and instal it as the manual directs?
