Which motherboard to get to OC Intel E2140?

No idea really.

You haven't given enough information. What price-range? I figure from your
choice of CPU that it may well be the lower range. Low-range mobos are often
poor for overclocking. You also don't say anything about whether ATX or mATX
is prefered, or if you like a certain brand.

So I'll just say that I'm *very* pleased with my ASUS P5K-E WiFi-AP for
overclocking. I hear the vanilla P5K isn't so good. Probably as it's cheaper
and doen't have an 8-phase VRM like the rest of the range of P5K's do.
