I have an old Windows 98SE tower system that I use for ONE THING, that
is to connect to an old film scanner via SCSI.

Having owned a couple of Shuttle SFFs in the past (well I do still own
them) I am pretty much sworn off tower systems completely.  I'd like
to get this old Win 98 tower out of my life.

I am wondering though if there would be any compatibility problems
with setting up one of these newer Shuttles as a dual-boot win Win98SE
and XP Pro.  About all I can think of is that Win98SE may not
recognize a SATA interface drive or the mobo chipset or something.

Any experience?

Thanks,

DL

Well I double checked Shuttle's site for support and likely the newer
G31 based motherboards don't have Win98 drivers, but the older ones (I
think they are SB61G2) I have still do.  Which suits me just fine.
